Microsoft PowerToys version

0.88.0

Installation method

WinGet

Running as admin

Yes

Area(s) with issue?

Keyboard Manager

Steps to reproduce

I was looking for such an issue, but I didn't find it... I think everything is clear from the name. For example, I remap CAPS LOCK to F14 and would like to use this key inside PowerToys, but it is still recognized as CAPS LOCK.

Indeed, PowerToys Low level keyboard hooks recognize if a key has been changed by Keyboard Manager.
Where exactly are you trying to use the key? That's not clear.

I also noticed that when PowerToys is running as an administrator and I run a program through a keyboard shortcut, it always runs as administrator... I was looking for such an issue, but I didn't find it...but I'm sure that someone has already found this before me. Can you tell me, please? If not, I can create one...
