PowerToys Options Not Showing in Explorer #37184

PowerToys auto-update

Running as admin

None

New+, PowerRename

Steps to reproduce

After updating to this version I no longer see power toys options like the +NEW or the PowerRename. I restarted my computer and ran this in user and Admin mode to see if it corrects itself but it did not.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Right click windows explorer and see PowerToys options

❌ Actual Behavior

Right click windows explorer and no PowerToys options
