Steps to reproduce

When I attempt to open Outlook.exe (Version 2412 (Build 18324.20194 Click-To-Run) with FancyZones and/or Mouse Without Borders active, Outlook will open and immediately close.

I can disable FancyZones and Mouse without Borders, launch Outlook, re-activate them and it functions, but if I close Outlook I have to go through the same process again.

Apps not close because of a component of PowerToys

❌ Actual Behavior

Outlook immediately closes when launched with FancyZones and/or Mouse Without Borders active.

While that, #26662, is similar to my issue, that has been closed.

The steps I can reproduce. I have 6 "zones" I have configured, one is a full-screen.

When I have Outlook opened in a 'less then full-screen' zone, and subsequently close Outlook, the next time I attempt to open Outlook, it will briefly open in the 'less then full screen' zone and then close.

If I have Outlook open in either true full screen, or the full screen zone BEFORE I CLOSE IT, it will re-open fine.

Hopefully, y'all can reproduce this for troubleshooting.
