High priority video accessibility issues

Note: These issues appear to be restricted to the embedded vimeo video(s) that were in an earlier version of the docs. I couldn't find any embedded videos on the website as of the current version, so these may no longer be relevant. Please double check to see if these issues are still a problem, and mark them as complete if they are not.

Issues:

• (44) Captions are not provided for video.
• (45) Picture-in-picture pop up is not accessible keyboard.
• (48) Tool tip are not provided for share controls
• (49) Incorrect role announcing for share & close control.
