ApiException field extraction for error logging from common ErrorModel

Incase others don't want to check the Type that implements from ApiException and have to do a bunch of .Errors or what ever your error response model looks like, you can do something like the following:

    /// Kiota generated Models for Exceptions have a property Errors that contains a list of ErrorModel objects
    /// We would need to do a large check for each error class to log the errors
    /// We can use the IParsable interface to serialize the errors property to the log
    /// </summary>
    /// <param name="e"></param>
    protected void LogApiException(ApiException e)
    {
        // We have many Error classes that inherit from ApiException which exposes the Errors property
        // We can use the IParsable interface to serialize the errors property to the log
        // This will allow us to see the errors in the log without having to create a new log message for each error class
        if (e is IParsable p)
        {
            using (JsonSerializationWriter writer = new JsonSerializationWriter())
            {
                writer.writer.WriteStartObject();
                p.Serialize(writer);
                writer.writer.WriteEndObject();
