V5.13.0 removal of PHP 8.2?

Php 8.2 hasn’t hit EOL yet but it’s been removed from the latest version of the driver? Can I ask the reasoning behind this? I get removing 8.0 but why was 8.2 removed?

We only support the last 3 versions of PHP in each GA release to reduce the test matrix. If you need to remain on PHP 8.2, you can always continue to run the previous GA release, which remains supported past the PHP 8.2 EOL date.
