Description of the new feature
Sometimes the tab width can get narrow, and it might be tricky to position the mouse cursor to grab the pane and drag it. Then you accidentally clicked on the cross to unintentionally close the terminal, and woala, the process is gone without asking me to close it.
Only later on, I've figured out there are actions Move tab forward and backward - so I'll be using them.
Proposed technical implementation details
a) give me an option in settings to disable the crosses in the panes - I'll always close it via keyboard if needed.
b) give me confirmation to close the pane if the host process runs any grandchildren process (wt.exe -> pwsh.exe -> copilot.exe)
