Other information that may be useful (release notes, etc...)

An error exists in the version currently available on vcpkg (3.1.0#4), specifically in the getProcAddress.cpp file, which causes a compiler error when using MinGW with GCC or Clang (other platforms seem to work fine). This was fixed in glbinding over 5 years ago but is still an issue in the current version on vcpkg.
