Repro Steps:

1. Create and open a containerized function project.
2. Create a containerized function app.
3. Right click the above containerized function app and execute "Deploy to Function App..." command.
4. Check whether a warning message pops up.

Expect:
The below warning message pops up.

Actual:
An error occurs.

This issue does not reproduce on the previous released Functions extension v1.18.1.
