The same find/replace content in editor groups

I work with 2 or more file groups in editor and it's annoying for me when I want to find/replace in another group, but it has its own find/search content and history. So I need copy&paste search content from one to another in that case.
I think sometimes individual find/replace content in a group can be useful.
But in most cases I want to search the same in all groups.
An option for common/individual find/replace content for all editor groups would be great!
