Git › Blame › Editor Decoration: Disable Preview

I do love editor decoration (the grayed-out text markings), but I do dislike that hovering a mouse over it, triggers preview popover/popup. Popover is irritating. I would like to keep editor decoration feature, but disable the popover. For reference, a screenshot:

Currently, I have to disable Git › Blame › Editor Decoration completely, because there's no option to disable popover, specifically.
