How long does a new package take to get merged?

Hi all, I am new to all this and wondering how long a new package takes to get approved and merged. I used the wingetcreate command to create the manifest and submit a PR. I waiting to see if this all works as intended before adding steps to my .goreleaser file to automate this to CI/CD. Here is my PR.

The only thing I don't have selected it the Is there a linked issue? - is this stopping the PR from getting approved?

Thanks. I've looked at the FAQ already that you linked but wasn't sure why others were getting merged before mine that were submitted after mine. Just wanted to check that I was doing everything right.
