WinRTC UWP Nuget Packages not available anymore?

Hello,
I'm trying to build a WinRTC based app for my hospital.. I downloaded this repo, and am trying to build it.. But it appears the referenced Nuget packages are no longer available.. Is WinRTC still being supported by MSFT or is it a dead technology? If anyone knows where I can obtain the packages or if this is even viable anymore can you fill me in?
