[Codeblocks] Viewer for Coq #37

Create a Coq-like dynamic or not viewer such that:

left pane is Coq code
right pane is Coq output for step X
you can hover on each step X
when hovered, there's a text "X/Y steps" in bottom left corner

Extra points if running Coq in CI to produce dynamic results. Or if running Coq but asserting it satisfies with our hardcoded text (maybe better)
