Getting ConfuserEx to work with .NET Android

When I compile my Android app without obfuscation and deploy it to my phone it works. In the Release output directory there's only a single .dll.

When I run ConfuserEx on it I get the error:

Exception: dnlib.DotNet.AssemblyResolveException: Could not resolve assembly: _Microsoft.Android.Resource.Designer

I tried to resolve it by removing the Resource obfuscation but this doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know how to get this working?
