`MessageView` should use same swipe action configuration as replies

At the moment, there's a single trailing "mark read" swipe action. It does not follow the inbox swipe configuration

MessageView hardcodes a single markRead seed instead of reading interactionBar_reply.swipes the way ReplyView does. Plan is to have it use the same configuration, with seeds that don't apply to messages (upvote, save) dropping out.With the default config that means message rows show Reply where they used to show Mark Read. Assuming that's intended, but happy to add .markRead to ReplyBarConfiguration.defaultSwipes if you'd rather keep it out of the box.

Good point. I think showing "Reply" instead of "Mark Read" is the best option here 👍
