Nudge is a privacy-first, open-source ADHD-friendly app blocker for Android. Instead of a hard block, it adds a delay-to-open friction screen, counts reel/short-form scrolls and clicks, and lets you set per-app time budgets with an optional strict mode. No internet permission requested, everything runs on-device.
