Support neater superfence syntax: `lang {continuation}`

Currently, when working with superfences this library requires:

```{.python continuation}
```

However, superfences also supports the much neater syntax:

```python {continuation}
```

It would be great if this library could supported this syntax as the markdown would be much more legible.
