Support `__file__` in markdown testing code.

Python's [`__file__`](https://docs.python.org/3/reference/datamodel.html#module.__file__) is useful when trying to read neighboring files (e.g. a `csv`) — a common use case when running tests. If would be nice for this library to set `__file__` to the path of the file where the test was found.
