Adds a simple SSE (Server-Sent Events) client-server demonstration script.

Motivation and Context

This example provides a minimal working demo for users to understand how to implement SSE using the MCP SDK. It helps developers test and visualize client-server interactions using event streaming.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally with both the server and client running via Python. Verified event delivery and console output under normal and edge case scenarios (e.g., unexpected client disconnection).

Breaking Changes

No breaking changes. This is a new example added under the examples/ directory.

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Checklist

  • I have read the MCP Documentation
  • My code follows the repository's style guidelines
  • New and existing tests pass locally
  • I have added appropriate error handling
