Check up on what SkiaSharp is doing with resizing of images

There are a fe issues talking about the quality and performance with image resizing:

• Resizing via SKImage is blurry. Resizing via SKBitmap is great. #520
• Image resize/scale - bitmap vs. image (findings) #319

We are working on a much later version of skia, so things may be better soon. But, just to keep track that this is an issue that exists.

Since the linked issues are auto-closed, I post it here. Resized images are still blurry with quality parameter set to 100 when using SKBitmap.

Can someone share the status of the whole resize dilemma here?

Any update on this issue as well? Still blurry in 2023
