Release 1.5.0 - 31 May 2022

HiveMind Project Management and Service ERP 1.5.0 is a minor new
feature and bug fix release.

There are only minor changes and fixes in this release. For a complete

Most changes come from screens reused from SimpleScreens.

NOTE: the HiveMind PM application remains as a good option to act as a
worker portal for people who do not need administrative access; for
administrative purposes, or for those who will have access to other more
general functionality, the new Marble ERP with project functionality along
with general ERP functionality may be a better option.

Release 1.4.0 - 29 Nov 2018
===========================================================================

HiveMind Project Management and Service ERP 1.4.0 is a minor new feature
and bug fix release.

This release is based on Moqui Framework version 2.1.1, mantle-udm 2.1.0,
mantle-usl 2.1.0, and SimpleScreens 2.1.0. It also uses the
moqui-elasticsearch 1.1.1 and moqui-fop 1.1.1 tool components.

Most of the new functionality in this release is in the areas of the app
from SimpleScreens and shared with POPC ERP (Party, Accounting, etc). See
the ReleaseNotes.txt file in SimpleScreens for more details.

Some basic stats to show app growth (for PM and Admin apps):

HiveMind Project Management and Service ERP 1.3.0 is a minor new feature
and bug fix release.

There are significant improvements in accounting, wiki, requests, and more
with updated screens from SimpleScreens.

New features in HiveMind itself (on top of what comes from SimpleScreens)
are small in this release, but the updates from mantle-usl and
SimpleScreens still make this a significant release.

Some basic stats to show just how much new there is:

- Admin Screens: 106 (last release 58)
- Admin Forms: 275 (last release 126)

Release 1.2.0 - 24 Nov 2016

HiveMind Project Management and Service ERP 1.2.0 is a minor new feature
and bug fix release.

This release is based on Moqui Framework version 2.0.0, mantle-udm 1.1.0,
mantle-usl 1.1.0, and SimpleScreens 1.1.0. It also uses the
moqui-elasticsearch 1.0.0 and moqui-fop 1.0.0 tool components.

This release includes various improvements from SimpleScreens and updates
for the new features and improvements in Moqui Framework 2.0.0.

There are various layout improvements and use of new form-list features for
saved finds, column selection, and CSV export.

Based on Mantle changes there is now support for work types separate from
position classes for rate calculations, etc. There are a few fixes for
milestone date filters, searching, remaining hours display, and admin task
editing.

HiveMind Project Management and Service ERP 1.1.5 is a minor new feature
and bug fix release.

This release is based on Moqui Framework version 1.6.2, mantle-udm 1.0.1,
mantle-usl 1.0.1, and SimpleScreens 1.0.2.

This release includes a number of improvements based on real-world use.

New Features

- Various cleanups, additional convenient links/buttons
- Project Progress Report (in Admin app)
- More consistent roles, especially using Assignee instead of Worker
- Added Placeholder task purpose for tasks higher in an hierarchy
- Various task UI improvements: autocomplete for parent task selection;
  find by multiple purposes, statuses, assignees
- HTML Wiki pages now supported, can choose page type on create
- Now uses SimpleMDE markdown editor, much better UI than Pagedown
- Added Hours Budget to project and tasks (for top-level tasks)
- Changed Project Summary and Progress report to use hours budgets

Bug Fixes

- Fixed a number of issues with wiki page hierarchies and cleaner URLs
- Fixed Admin User/EditTasks update (workEffortId parameter was missing)
- Fixed Remaining Hours in EditTimeEntries

Release 1.1.4 - 24 Jan 2016

HiveMind Project Management and Service ERP 1.1.4 is a minor new feature
and bug fix release.

This release is based on Moqui Framework version 1.6.1, mantle-udm 1.0.0,
mantle-usl 1.0.0, and SimpleScreens 1.0.1.

This release has only minor changes from the last, but has updates for the
new Moqui Framework component management features and use of Bintray
JCenter for jar files instead of local ones (used in automated tests).

Release 1.1.3 - 17 Jan 2016
===========================================================================

HiveMind 1.1.3 is a minor new feature and bug fix release.

This release is based on Moqui Framework version 1.6.0 and Mantle Business
Artifacts version 1.2.0 and SimpleScreens version 1.0.0.

While there are a few new screens and improvements to the admin and
PM apps the main changes in this release are quality related. There
are now screen render tests, run on every git push though Travis CI, and
there were various fixes and improvements done while writing these tests.

Many screens (around 4500 lines) were moved to the SimpleScreens project
for more generic reuse. The wiki data model and most of the services were
moved to Moqui Framework (and those dependent on Mantle to Mantle). These
changes help HiveMind focus on being an industry specific suite of
applications while making it easier for other applications to reuse more
generic functionality that was in HiveMind.

The project management application currently has 31 screens and 54 forms.
The admin application currently has 57 screens and 124 forms. HiveMind has
around 7.7k lines of text, mostly in XML files (with a small number of
lines in Groovy, FTL, MarkDown, and CWiki files).

New Features

- Added screen render tests, initially 87 renders
- Added Travis CI configuration and setup automated builds
- Various cleanups and fixes done while screen testing
- Added financial reports based on newer report templates in SimpleScreens
  and services in Mantle, improved existing reports; now includes Balance
  Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Income Statement, Retained Earnings, and
  Financial Ratios/Metrics
- The wiki entities and services have been moved to moqui and mantle and
  are reused from their new homes
- Various screens useful in other sorts of applications (and reused in
  PopCommerce) have been moved to the new SimpleScreens project; initially
  this includes all Accounting screens and specific Vendor and User screens

Release 1.1.2 - 11 Sep 2015

HiveMind 1.1.2 is a minor new feature and bug fix release.

This release is based on Moqui Framework version 1.5.3 and Mantle Business
Artifacts version 1.1.0 with updates as needed for these new versions.

The project management application currently has 31 screens and 54 forms.
The admin application currently has 57 screens and 121 forms. HiveMind has
around 13k lines of text, mostly in XML files (with a small number of lines
in FTL, MarkDown, and CWiki files).

This release includes new PDF (XSL-FO) documents for payment check, payment
detail, and financial account statement (in addition to the existing
invoice PDF). There are various accounting improvements based on the
significant accounting improvements in Mantle. These include improved
invoice and transaction screens, expanded configuration, etc.

HiveMind PM 1.1.0 is a new feature and bug fix release.

This release is based on Moqui Framework version 1.5.0 and Mantle Business
Artifacts version 1.0.0.

New Features:

- Updates for the Metis Admin Template now in Moqui Framework
- Changed search indexing to use service call feature now available in
  Moqui Framework instead of using ServiceTrigger
- Moved Admin screens to separate root screen (separate "app")
- Added admin dashboard screen with process-ish links
- Added icon images from flaticon.com
- Added view-only Project Summary screen instead of edit screens for the
  main PM app, the edit screens are still in the admin app
- Added Pagedown editor for Markdown (.md) wiki pages, still supports cwiki
  but now md is the default; converted demo pages from cwiki to md
- Added threaded comments with CommunicationEvent records for wiki pages
- Users in HiveMind PM can only see projects they are associated with, and
  only tasks associated with their projects
- Added child task display with id, name, purpose, status, and resolution
  to the task summary screen
- Added new child task form to task summary screen
- The wiki page tree is now lazy loading and uses the XML Screen tree
  element recently added to Moqui Framework
- Improved accounting screens to better handle invoices, payments, and GL
  transactions

Bug Fixes:

- Fixed issue on Milestone Summary showing milestone ID instead of task ID
  for tasks in various states in the milestone, and ID in link to task and
  hidden ID for updating the task association to the milestone
- Fixed issue with wiki page display, resetting the baseLinkUrl so that JS
  files and other URLs after the wiki content display are correct

Release 1.0.0 - 20 Nov 2013

HiveMind PM version 1.0.0 is the first official release. It is based on 
Moqui Framework 1.3.2 and Mantle Business Artifacts 0.5.0.

This initial version of HiveMind Project Manager includes:

- Vendor, Internal Org, Client, Worker, and other User administration
- Rate setup for client billing and vendor/worker payout by project,
  worker, etc.
- Project management
- Milestone management and planning
- Task management (hierarchical, associated with project and optionally
  milestone)
- Flexible task searching and all-in-one task summary
- Request management, including creating tasks to address the request
- Time entry by task
- Expense entry by project
- Invoices and payments to pay vendor/worker for time and expenses
- Invoices and payments to bill clients and receive payment
- Invoice PDF
- GL posting for invoices and payments
- Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and posted balance/summary reports
- Wiki with attachments for requirements and designs, linked to tasks
