Sync with front-end re: g-eval API #1313

As the API for g-eval metrics differs from others (i.e. it provides optional parameters to specify local models to be used as judges), we should sync with FE so the new parameters are somehow exposed to the UI (or at least properly documented so they can be used by directly calling the API)
