Resolutions were made for csswg-drafts/#10053.

[css-grid-3] intrinsic track sizing algorithm for masonry can go exponential in complexity.

RESOLVED: allowing mixed track sizing, as long as the algorithm does not allow position-dependent effects
RESOLVED: add a note about the grouping optimization and baseline handling

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.

If no bug is needed, the issue can be closed.
