Resolutions were made for csswg-drafts/#10585.

[css-view-transitions-2] Optionally capture some properties (e.g. opacity/border) as style instead of snapshot

RESOLVED: Change the capture mode for all view-transitions and specify how each property is affected by this capture mode change
RESOLVED: Blink will experiment and come back with changes needed if there are compat concerns

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.

If no bug is needed, the issue can be closed.
