A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#7766.

[css-highlight-api] Exposing shadow DOM highlights in highlightsFromPoint()

RESOLVED: The highlightsFromPoint() method will be added to CSS.highlights, and have an optional options dictionary parameter matching the one from caretPositionFromPoint()

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.

If no bug is needed, the issue can be closed.
