[Bug]: Add and Remove Filters Not Working

What happened?

Hi @mr-karan,
The functionality to add and remove filters is broken. When trying to add a new filter or remove an existing one, nothing happens.
From the attached screenshot, you can see the filter fields UI, but interactions fail.

Expected behavior

Expected: Filters should be added/removed successfully.
Actual: No response to add/remove actions.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the logs view.
Try to add a filter (e.g., click "+ Click value to add filter").
Try to remove an existing filter.
No change occurs.

Environment

It is general bug present everywhere.

@mr-karan - also here when I try to expand service name it shows 10-12 names the. Just shows 20+ or 30+ services and when I try to expand it it will not sho these remaining 20-30 service names.
