• Move project to the modern state (dependencies, code, practices).
• Move CI to Azure Pipelines.
• Use vscode-html-languageservice for embedded language support (Vue as first step) or any HTML parser tolerant to errors.
• Clean the code from infinite conditions in the providers and parser.
• Use parser from vscode-css-languageservice for all files (drop scss-symbols-parser) (Use parser from vscode-css-languageservice for all files #94)
• Use findDocumentLinks2 from vscode-css-languageservice for scanner service instead of our own solution from Rewrite scanner service #91.
• Trying to contribute to vscode-css-languageservice:
  • Export Node/NodeType at the world. Right now we use Copy & Paste version.
  • May be describe return type for parseStylesheet
• Important bug fixes that related to basic functionality.
• Rename symbols (Rename Symbols (support F2) #6)
• Find references (Find All References to a Symbol #21)

@mrmlnc IMO we should implement find references and rename. I think we already have enough information for doing this, and they would be incredibly useful.
