A user interface is needed for printers to be added and updated

This page will be navigated to from the new 'Printing Preferences' button within Settings

The page will have a list of available printers on the left hand side, and editable fields on the right hand side for each of the printer settings as follows:
IP Address
Description
Port Number
Label Height
Label Width

Will also need buttons - Test, Next, Save?

@mark-prins are we going to have a Test button for each printer? And if so will this be placed next to each printer on this page?

it would either be a button next to each printer, or a radio button / select list / some other way to indicate which printer; and a single test button.

The test is to test the IP and port which you've entered, and this is specific to each printer.

I think in the list/detail edit view that a test button per printer would be neatest.
