Lines with arrow endings and dynamics with keyboard

Dear MuseScore developers. Please implement arrow endings in lines! This is very important for composers. Lines palette > Line and in the menu one could choose an arrow ending or start. The start and end text is great and works very well.

Regarding dynamics, one should be able to create them with a keyboard shortcut, instead of always having to create them from the palette.

Anyway, congrats on a great app. Hope it keeps improving.
