None of the collaborative features are working in AEM 6.5

None of the below advertised features are working in AEM 6.5, with SP 22:

1. Immediate display of content updates
2. Supports Add / Update / Remove / Move operations
3. Supports Style System updates
4. Supports Responsive Layout updates
5. Automated lease and release of components during editing
6. Lease owner indicator
7. Protection from concurrency overwrites
8. Support for full-page dialogs (i.e. mobile)
9. Always current in-page listing of active editors
10. Immediate annotation and sketch updates
11. On-page notification for new annotations

Only the "Sites console preview of active editors" is working fine.
