Publish Compiled version to site

Does anyone know if there are any plans to compile the latest namecoin-core version and publish it on the site?
the site only has reference  v22. 

or does anyone have some pointers for me on how to get the latest version running on ubuntu x86 64-bit.
any pointers on how to compile from source as that is all that is on the repo?
