SocialCal

An experiment to build a generic events scraper and publish them to a curated and personalized calendar.

How to run:

Create a virtual environment python -m venv venv
Activate the virtual environment source venv/bin/activate
Install dependencies pip install -r requirements.txt
Create a `.env file with the following variables (see .env-dummy for reference):
- OPENAI_API_KEY
- SPOTIFY_CLIENT_ID
- SPOTIFY_CLIENT_SECRET
Run python manage.py migrate
Run python manage.py createsuperuser
Run python manage.py runserver
Go to http://localhost:8000/ and login with the superuser credentials
