Currently, if a parameter has any non-numeric entry (from any site), e.g., an entry of "<6" or "no data", the parameter is classified as categorical data type and not shown in Explore Data plots. Modify the default dashboard behavior to:
- Add a Filter tab showing all such occasional non-numeric data records--this should only be for parameters that are not truly categorical, but rather are numeric but may have a small proportion of non-numeric entries.
- Reclassify those parameters as numeric and remove the offending site-parameters from the Explore page (currently, the parameter is excluded for all sites--change it so it's only excluded for those sites with the non-numeric entries).
- Add a message text on Explore page stating if any selected sites have non-numeric parameters that are not shown on Explore page.
