What needs documentation?

We need to add information to the RPCs so we help users to choose which one to use, at least as a start.

We can add information such as:

• Do they have a free tier?
• Some quantitative measures

Acceptance Criteria

• Add a column to the RPC providers' table with a check if they have a "free tier"
• Explore and add quantitative metrics for the providers
