[Task] Create new landing page

After we finish migrating all the relevant pages from dev.near.org into docs we need to completely change our landing page (docs.near.org) to be something closer to the landing page of a product / framework

This means that our landing page should highlight things such as:

• Where to start for different personas
• Which products are available for different use cases
• Maybe actively showcase some cool examples
