Update chart deployment tests to run against v1.34 and newer

Please describe the feature

As a developer, I want the tests to run against the same versions of infrastructure APIs that are used in production so that API changes will be detected before deployment in our environments.

Acceptance criteria

• Kubernets test are run against the current two latest releases (1.34, 1.35)
• Tests against both versions pass.
