[SDA] make credentials optional

Please describe the feature

As a systems administrator,
I want to be able to use mTLS
so that I don't have to spend time creating and managing credentials for the different components.

Acceptance criteria

• Credentials are made optional for MQ and DB
• The CN (Common Name) entry in the certificate maps to the expected username
• Charts are updated
• Tests verifying the changes exists
