REFUND my US 212.54  charged to my MasterCard

WHY was I billed & my MasterCard charged for US 212.54 on Aug 1st, 2025  ??

I only used the FREE trial license with Neo4jDB. 

I do NOT want any paid subscription nor did I agree to one. 

Pls delete all my Neo4j accounts/Licences & Unsubscribe from all Marketing emails. 

Also REFUND me this US 212.54 which I never signed up for to my MasterCard
and REMOVE my MasterCard details.
