Getting Started: no NeoMutt FAQ? #131

Getting Started of the NeoMutt Guide mentions a NeoMutt FAQ.

It seems there is no such NeoMutt FAQ and that it is a relic of this change.
The closest I came up with was the original Mutt FAQ.

Please either link to the Mutt FAQ or remove this part. It led me in the wrong direction for quite a while. Thx!
