I'd need detailed logs to help. If a plugin detects a device, its marked online. Please open an issue if you think its a bug and use the bug template to fill in all details. |

Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue where NetAlertX marks a client as online even though Pi-hole clearly shows the device has been offline for almost 48 hours. PiHole API scan is the only discovery plugin listed in the Plugins tab of this device.
When I check the device details in NetAlertX, I can see:
Pi-hole plugin shows last query timestamp: 1768547620
Converting this timestamp shows it was ~48 hours ago. This is backed up by the devices list in my Pi-hole and is roughly the time I last used the device.
However, the device is still marked as online in NetAlertX
What determines whether a device is marked as online vs. offline in NetAlertX? Is there a configuration setting that controls the threshold for “last seen” time?
It seems like NetAlertX should mark devices as offline after a certain period of inactivity, but I can't find where this is configured. The Pi-hole plugin is clearly providing correct data, but the online/offline logic doesn't seem to process it properly.
Any guidance would be appreciated!
