Proxmox helper script

Ideally we have a properly supported proxmox helper script - started as a conclusion from this PR: #1226

Ideally, we'd have a (more or less) universal bare metal installer that is being installed automatically on ProxMox.
For the actual ProxMox part, an already existing framework could be used: https://community-scripts.github.io/ProxmoxVE/

We should maintain some containerization even on proxmox. It needs some sort of passthrough to the host and the ability to port the NET_ADMIN and others into the original container. We should never be installing directly on hardware. The container is a clean installation method and it will provide ultimate compatibility given the prerequisite of capabilities on the host. It's going to require a proper AppArmor and configuration script. Bare Metal is not something we should support at all. Installation of the docker container options is a good way forward.

You propose a docker install in an LXC container? Ie a container in a container?

Then we do not need an install script for ProxMox at all, cause there are already docker install scripts for ProxMox, you then just add NetAlertx as per usual.

Someone needs to provide instructions on how to set it up properly with layer 2 networking.
