Proposed functionality
With a separate VIewTab for COTF on the COT models, it could show more info about the fields in full sized table, and include things like the "weight", "comments", etc.
Use case
The existing COTF table is not customizable and doesn't show all of the fields - a separate ViewTab with a fully fledged table could allow us to customize the columns and include info that we can't see now without clicking the edit button on each field. Things like the field weight are hard to coordinate without displaying in tabular view of every COTF.
