Broken links when no flows to display #1593

Hello,

When there's no flows to show, the web UI shows these links:

Which lead (both /k8s/cluster/flows.netobserv.io~v1alpha1~FlowCollector/cluster and /monitoring/dashboards/grafana-dashboard-netobserv-health) to page not found errors:

Is this expected?

Using netobserv operator v1.11.5-community.
