Parameter exclude is not well documented

The documenation for the nextcloud comand line is unusable because it contains not sufficient information on how to use the client and should be revised.
Example: Documentation says a exclude file is needed, but not information provided on contet of the exclude file. Also the file does not seem to be required but a optional one, which is also misleading in the documentation.
