Recognize 12

Why is the support for NC 33 being dropped? NC34 is still at the .0 release and several apps are still not available.
This requirement locks out users who are still on a stable release channel?

Are there any braking changes?

I remember there were quite a lot of issues getting the app to work with nc 34, so it was just easier to drop support for nc 33. I don't remember the exact reason for dropping it, though.
The actual fixes in recognize v12 are mostly minor, though. It's not unsafe or in any way discouraged to stay on v11.x, it works just as well
