message actions menu opens two times

When you enter a conversation to react on a message:
You long press on the message
And the menu pop up loads in two times.
First time, it is nearly completely loaded
The second time, the entry add to my notes shows up.
Except that happens at the exact same time that my thumb wants to press 👍
And instead of pressing 👍, my thumb is hitting the reply entry.
That happens only on the first loading of the long press menu.
If you does it a second time, it fully loads, including the add to my note, so the behavior described above does not occur

It doesn't actually opens two times but "Note to self" is initialized with a delay and is then added afterwards.
