In the same way we can specify in witch data center run a process will be to have the possibility to specify in witch cluster

Imagine we have 2 different nomad cluster with different configuration and resources (and tokens)

Using a new tag the pipeline can allocate process in different clusters

The challenge, I thin, is how to share the workdir across them
