Add outer-join option for collections

Per discussion in #296
Apparently, Fluent has no way of saying "outer-join"=true when specifying a collection mapping

Is there any word on a solution for this? We'd like to upgrade our NHibernate to version 4 but this issue is stopping us from going any further.
