Add Install Script

Would be nice to have a simple install script to get that into some default location that is in the PATH :)

Would a Debian package suit your needs?

I was more thinking of some simple shell script which puts the binary into
path, to easily install from source, distribution agnostic. I personally
don't use Debian :)
